Whiskey Smash
A whiskey lover’s dream embracing fall flavors and fresh lemon. With balanced notes of citrus and baking spices, this recipe is, shall we say, smashing.
Ingredients: Apple slices, whole allspice, clove, star anise, cinnamon sticks, maple sugar cubes
Suggested Spirits:
Whiskey or Rum
Instructions:
- Add 2.5 oz of infusion mix to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir for 10 seconds to chill and dilute
- Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice or one large cube
Make it Fancy (Optional):
- Express oils from an orange peel over the top of the drink
- Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel
