"I can't review the product as I have not received the product. I realize that the issue lies with fed x however I can get no help from fed x as I have to go through Crew. I did not realize when I ordered that they had no customer service number only an email for contacting them. Have found out that they don't reply to emails. So I have paid for a product that I have not received and Crew is not concerned because they already have my money."
