"The bottles seem to be good quality and everything works well. However, the volume markings on the crafty bottles are neither accurate nor consistent. I filled mine with 750g of water and with the large opening facing up the volume reads just under 700mL but with the small opening facing up it reads just under 750mL."
"Order #S184050 I sent a complaint that one of the bottles I received is leaking. I have not received a reply and I would like a replacement for the one bottle. I can send the leaking one back if you like. I purchased a 3 pack. Order information will give you details."
"These are great for making cocktails ahead of time. Great quality but one must be careful when screwing the bottoms back on as not to cross thread. I may order more for gifts."
"My purchase was a gift so I was really excited when it arrived on time. At the time of purchase the company indicated it would be on back order….. so pleased it was not,"
"The reason they leak is the lid was made to deep. When installed the lid contacts the bottle thread recessed/step area on the bottle before contacting the lid gasket area. You need to remove nearly 1/8" from the lid lip. The best way is with a belt sander. Someone needs to look into quality control or send new lids to people. Everything works now."
"Bottles seemed to be exactly as pictured and will work for the infused vinegar. Only issue was getting updates on shipping. The order didn't process for 2 days and I had paid for expedited shipping. They did make it on time but I had to email the company to get updates."
"I can't review the product as I have not received the product. I realize that the issue lies with fed x however I can get no help from fed x as I have to go through Crew. I did not realize when I ordered that they had no customer service number only an email for contacting them. Have found out that they don't reply to emails. So I have paid for a product that I have not received and Crew is not concerned because they already have my money."
"Product is very well-made, with good deals on the top and bottom. Will be purchasing smaller bottle after this."
"My husband and I were so excited to try a new recipe with your bottle. We made hot honey peach margaritas. We are going away to OBX next week with 40 people and can’t wait to introduce them to your line!"
"I put in about nine frozen cherries as fresh ones weren’t available and two orange slices. I added a bottle of bourbon and let it alone for seven or eight days. Poured some over ice and had a perfect Old Fashioned. My only complaint is I had some leakage at the base;very slight leak but one none the less. Yesi put it on correctly."
