"I can't give a review of CREW Products since my order from 30 April still has not been delivered, almost three weeks later, and there has been no communication from CREW after my order inquiry last week. Poor customer service and unreliable supplier as far as my experience goes."
Great bottles but some suggestions.
"These are well made. My only suggestion is to make the colored bottoms using more. silicone than plastic. Or with a way to have the liquid touch less plastic on the bottom. Also more. colors and even an options to have etched logos customized on them. Also offer stopper and pourer nozzles as add ons."
They started to leak after 30 days
"I really wanted to love these Crew Bar bottles they look great and fit perfectly into a busy workflow but unfortunately, they didn’t hold up. After about a month and couple of weeks of regular use, several of them started leaking. What started as a small issue quickly turned into a real problem during service messy, wasteful, and frustrating. What makes it worse is that there’s no guarantee or warranty to fall back on, and they don’t sell replacement parts. So instead of fixing the issue, you’re basically forced to buy entirely new bottles, which adds up fast. For something meant for a professional setting, durability and support matter. The concept and design are great, but the lack of longevity and after-sales support is a big downside."

Leaky Bottom Leads to Sticky Fridge
"Saw this product on TikTok and thought, why not give it a try? I ordered the bottle with a green bottom. I immediately decided the first thing I was going to do was make a sangria. I left my infusion in the fridge overnight and woke up to my entire fridge sticky and red from homemade sangria. Reading reviews, it seems as though the green bottom is the root cause. Overall, I’d recommend anyone who is considering buying this product to avoid the green bottom."

"It's unfortunate because we love the smaller chubby bottles, however we were quite disappointed in the Crew Bottles since it was an investment in quality and saw good reviews. We bought a 3-pack and every single one would leak from the seal. We reached out to the team about this issue but did not hear back at all."
Not freezer safe
""Bought these for freezer door cocktails only to find out you can’t freeze them. It’s a huge letdown since even standard glass liquor bottles are freezer safe. If you want to keep your drinks in the freezer, look elsewhere"
