What if I forget about my subscription?
No worries! We’ll send you an email reminder 3 days before your order ships to ensure you’re not caught off guard. Plus, Garny® products have a long shelf life, so if you find yourself overstocked, you can always skip the next shipment.
Can I change my subscriptions?
Yes, with Garny®, you’re never locked in. If you want to modify your plan, simply log in to your membership portal and make the changes.
Can I subscribe to some products and not others?
Absolutely. You don’t need to use all Garny® products to get the benefits of the membership. Simply choose “autoship” while checking out any of the dry goods products within the Garny™ collection.

How do I join Garny®?
To join Garny, simply place an order for any of our dry goods products and select an "autoship" schedule that suits your needs. Once your order is placed, you'll gain access to our customer portal, where you can easily manage your orders, adjust or pause your plan at anytime. You'll also receive an additional 10% on all future dry goods orders.
How do I log in to manage my Garny® Plan?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with a link to your personal management portal.You can also access your Garny® Plan through our website:
- Visit our homepage.
- Locate the person icon (affectionately known as Sebastian) at the top right corner of the page on a desktop browser, or in our drop-down menu on mobile browsers.
- Click on Sebastian and then select “Create Account” to set your password.
After logging in, you will see a button labeled "Manage Garny® Plan," which allows you to oversee and adjust your ordering schedule as needed.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will ship the following business day.
What if I’m overstocked on a certain item?
No need to fret! With Garny®, managing your inventory is simple. If you find yourself overstocked on a particular item, you can easily access our customer portal and select the option to pause delivery until you're ready for your next shipment. This ensures that you have complete control over your inventory levels and can adjust them according to your needs effortlessly.
How can I cancel or pause my account?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account through the original link in the email sent to you when you placed your order. You can also log into your Crew account and edit your preferences directly through the site. If you're having issues, feel free to contact us at support@crewsupplyco.com.
Can I track my order?
Tracking your order is simple with Garny®. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. If you haven't received your tracking information within 2 business days after placing your order, please reach out to our support team. We're here to ensure your experience with Garny® is smooth and hassle-free.
Does Garny® work with chains and multi-location concepts?
